Sofie is Partner in Wichmann Consulting, Partner in Enhance Leadership and Business Strategy Advisor at Executive MBA, CBS. She provides strategic guidance to executives, senior management teams and leaders – and is skilled in working with dynamics at individual, team dynamics and organizational levels
Sofie has vast experience from projects and leading roles in several core areas; leadership and leadership team development (customised design and delivery of both company-wide programs, stregths-based leadership programmes, individual development etc.), accelerating talent programs and team development as well as executive coaching/coaching session for business leaders and talents.
